Training Programmes

At the Bhartiya Shiksha Board, we strongly believe that objective of quality education for our young learners can achieved through only by empowered and trained teachers. In line with the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023, our training programmes focus on enhancing the professional capacity of teachers and school leaders to meet the evolving needs of learners in the 21st century.
Our vision is to create a vibrant ecosystem of lifelong learning for educators, where teaching is not just a profession, but a journey of continuous personal and professional growth.

We are committed to:

  • Building teacher competency and confidence.
  • Supporting the implementation of inquiry and competency-based learning.
  • Fostering inclusive, learner-centered, and reflective teaching practices.

To achieve this, we offer a range of structured, scalable, and needs-based training programmes, firmly rooted in Bharatiya ethos and designed to diverse teaching contexts .
We follow Tiered-Training approach in which training is delivered across levels (or tiers)—each tier building on the previous one through a structured, a hierarchical model for delivering professional development of teachers. We identify and train Master Trainers and Mentors, who in turn train teachers across schools. This ensures quality training reaches every educator, regardless of location.
